Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product/service solutions
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) regularly
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities




- Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations (if required)

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
