Position: OT Staff

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible OT Staff member to support operation theatre activities and ensure smooth functioning before, during, and after surgical procedures. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries
- Arrange surgical instruments, consumables, and OT equipment
- Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and OT area
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards inside the OT
- Support patient shifting before and after surgery
- Maintain OT records, surgical inventory, and stock usage
- Ensure all OT equipment is functioning properly
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth OT operations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Assist in dressing, minor procedures, and patient preparation when required





Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in OT or surgical assistance
- Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and OT procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

Preferred Skills

- Experience in eye hospital OT procedures will be an added advantage
- Valuable coordination and observation skills
- Ability to handle OT equipment and emergency situations
- Professional attitude and patient-friendly approach
