Job Purpose

The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support productive production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive, verify, and store raw materials and accessories.
- Issue materials to production against approved requisitions.
- Maintain Delivery Challan (DC), Material Issue, Material Return, and inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Conduct regular stock verification and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO inventory practices.
- Maintain 5S workplace standards within the store.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in leather garments, leather goods, apparel, textile, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

☐ Ask the production team to continue with other work while investigating the missing material and deciding on the next course of action.
