Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Security, and IT.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and operational strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and occupancy targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, guest satisfaction scores, and departmental productivity.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop department heads and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, fire safety requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, corporate leadership, travel partners, government authorities, vendors, and the local community.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
