- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience, with robust hands-on exposure in solution architecture and development
- Proven ability to work as a hands-on architect (not just design/review)

Technical Skills (Core Expectations)

- Strong development background (Java / .NET / Node.js or similar enterprise stack)
- Experience designing and building microservices and API-led architectures
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging, middleware)
- Experience working with enterprise applications and complex system integration landscapes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid architectures
- Experience with mobile backend architectures and high transaction systems
- Exposure to data platforms, reporting (OBIEE or similar), and data integration frameworks

Good to Have

- Experience in banking / mortgage / lending domain
- Exposure to UAE regulatory integrations (CBUAE, UAE Pass, DARI, AECB)
- Experience with AI / automation (RPA, decision engines, AI-driven workflows)
