- Set up and operate VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Perform tool changes and set machine offsets.
- Monitor machining operations for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge,Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow quality, safety, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
Required Qualification
- ITI (Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of VMC/CNC operating experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code is an advantage.
- Ability to use precision measuring instrument
Pay: ₹8,545.10 - ₹30,049.34 per month
