- Seasonal & Promotional Displays: Designing eye-catching, thematic, and seasonal displays (e.g., holiday, summer) to attract attention and drive impulse purchases.
- Store Layout & Flow: Organizing the store layout to guide customer traffic, ensuring products are easy to find and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Signage & Branding:



Placing signage and promotional materials (POSM) to highlight offers, new products, and ensure brand consistency.
- Performance Monitoring: Conducting regular store walkthroughs to check display compliance and analyzing sales data to adjust strategies.
- Training Staff: Educating store employees on display standards to maintain the visual appeal when the merchandiser is not present..
