Job Summary:- The Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer is responsible for

Planning, supervising, and executing plumbing and fire protrction works at

Project sites. The role ensure that all installations are completed according

to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards,and applicable

codes while maintaining quality,cost , and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:-

. Supervise plumbing and fire fighting isntallation works at site.

. Study and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.

. Coordinate with clients , Consultants , architects, and other MEP teams.

. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.

. inspect meterials and ensure quality standards are maintained.

. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Progress report.

. Verify measurments and quantities for billing and subcontractor Payments.

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Project quality standards.

. Attend site meeting and resolve techinical issues.

. Coordinate testing .commissioning,and handover of Plumbing and fire fighting system.

.



Maintain Project documentation, drawings, and- records.

Qualifications :-

. Diploma /B.E/B.tech in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering, Or a related discipline.

. 3-5 Year Experience in Plumbing and fire fighting Projects ( or as required)

Requird Skills:-

. Knowledge of Plumbing and fire fighting system.

. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

. Familiarty with IS, NBC ,NFPA,and other relevant standards.

. Proficiency in auto CAD and microsoft Office.

. Robust communication, Planning, and Problem- Solving Skills.

. Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

. Timely completion of site activities.

. Quality of installation work.

. Compliance with safety and Project standards.

. Meterial and cost control.

. Successful testing, commissioning and Project handover.

Pay: ₹30,839.66 - ₹35,917.78 per month
