Job Responsibilities
- Mapping/adding of new medical equipments and maintaining 100% accuracy with regard to equipment database.
- Training of end user Junior biomedical engineers.
- Optimum consumption of spare parts.
- Building strong relationship with customer and ensure the receivable of appreciation letter.
- Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and devices.
- Maintain a service history of the equipment, service calls attended, pending, indent raised.
- Edit of service activity in service application daily reports submission to DI/DM for maintain the database.
- To ensure the escalation matrix followed; if the calls did not get closed on timely.
