. Patient Assistance & Navigation
- Guide patients and attendants through hospital departments (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, billing, etc.)
- Help with registration, appointment scheduling, and admissions
- Provide clear directions and ensure smooth patient flow within the hospital
2. Patient Communication
- Explain hospital procedures, services, and policies in simple terms
- Act as a point of contact for patient queries and concerns
- Maintain polite, empathetic, and qualified communication at all times
3. Admission & Discharge Support
- Assist patients during admission and discharge processes
- Coordinate with billing, nursing, and medical teams
- Ensure patients understand discharge instructions, medications, and follow-ups
