We are looking for a Counter Supervisor to manage and supervise our company-operated food counter inside a leading corporate office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the food counter.
- Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels.
- Coordinate with chefs and send daily material requirements.
- Track opening and closing stock accurately.
- Ensure correct portion sizes are served to maintain food cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth counter operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Experience in food service, cafeteria, QSR, or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
- Basic communication and supervisory skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
