Internship Details

- Position: E-commerce Intern
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Cyno Office - E362, Veer Savarkar Block, Block E, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Delhi, 110092
- Department: E-commerce Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on the company's e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations team for stock updates.
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate.
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfilment.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries.
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports.
- Assist in marketplace management and seller onboarding.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and website updates.
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, Business Analytics)



or BBA/B.Com final-year students.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
