The Design Manager is responsible for leading the interior design team and ensuring the successful delivery of creative, functional, and execution-ready designs. This role oversees the complete design lifecycle, from client consultation and concept development to design approvals and project handover, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.

Strong technical knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, materials, and execution processes.

Excellent client presentation and communication skills.

Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

6-10 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a design team.





Experience in modular furniture and turnkey interior projects is preferred.
