Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Post Sales Executive to manage customer interactions from inquiry generation to post-sales support. The candidate will be responsible for handling client relationships, sales coordination, documentation, collections follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Assist customers with pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.

Post Sales Responsibilities:

- Coordinate documentation and agreement processes after booking.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.
- Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation.




- Coordinate with banks for home loan processing support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure timely completion of agreements and post-booking formalities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth handover and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical & Functional Skills:

- Knowledge of sales process and customer handling
- Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Excel
- Good documentation and coordination skills
- Real estate sales experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
