Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Operations Executive – Sales to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves handling sales orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process sales orders accurately
- Enter and update order details in the system
- Respond to customer queries in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate effectively between customers and the production team
- Manage dispatch activities and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide accurate ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) to customers
- Maintain coordination between drivers and customers for smooth deliveries




- Monitor order progress and address any issues promptly

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of sales and dispatch processes
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
