About the Role

Petpro is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and energetic Front Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be able to manage front desk operations, and ensure an excellent customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pet food, accessories, medicines, and other products.

* Achieve retail sales targets through effective product recommendations and customer engagement.

* Schedule appointments for grooming and veterinary services.

* Make customer feedback and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

* Contact existing customers to inform them about promotions, offers, reminders, and current services.

* Encourage repeat visits and increase customer retention.

* Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate customer records.

* Coordinate with the grooming,



veterinary, and retail teams for smooth daily operations.

* Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.

* Support inventory management and assist in daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

* Strong customer service and sales skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

* Previous experience in retail sales, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
