About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate wedding projects, and ensure a seamless experience from booking to delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with photography, cinematography, editing, and album design teams.
- Schedule client meetings, shoots, and project timelines.
- Track bookings, payments, and project progress.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and document collection.
- Ensure timely delivery of photos, videos, and albums.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the sales and operations team whenever required.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Robust interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service, client coordination, or administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the wedding or creative industry is a plus.
