Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Lead Java Developer to bridge the gap between robust backend
microservices and the frontier of Generative AI. In addition to leading our core Spring Boot architecture,
you will spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and ML models into our production
ecosystem. You will be responsible for building the "intelligent backend"—ensuring our microservices
can efficiently process, retrieve, and utilize AI-driven insights at scale.

Technical Skills Required

- Core Java: Expert-level proficiency in Java (Collections, Multi-threading, Streams API, JVM Tuning).

- Frameworks: Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data.

- Microservices: Proven experience with Service Discovery (Eureka),



API Gateways (Zuul/Spring Cloud Gateway), and Circuit Breakers (Resilience4j).

- Data & Messaging: Robust SQL skills and experience with message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Testing: Mastery of Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

- Tools: Proficient with Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana or ELK stack.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

- 12+years of professional experience in Java development.

- 3+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior role, specifically architecting microservices environments.
