- Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee day-to-day QC operations, including incoming materials inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
- Lead, train, and mentor the QC team to ensure consistent performance and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes and outputs to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and report on findings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D;, Supply Chain) to ensure integrated quality management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and analysis of quality data and KPIs.
- Review and approve product specifications and test results before release.

Requirements:

- DME/Bachelor’s In Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a quality control/assurance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.




- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc. (depending on industry).
- Familiarity with quality testing equipment and analytical tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in PUF Panels QC Experience
- Certifications like Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, or Lean Management are a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO 9001, or FSSAI (as relevant).
