Responsibilities -

Responsible for maintaining inventories on system at the levels set as per the judgment of supply chain ensuring that there is no overstocking or stock out, as no medicine requisition is denied or delayed.

Responsible person for smooth function of CIOD of the hospitals.

Responsible for the all departments inwards in terms of any materials, consumables, products etc. are to be routed through him.

Responsible for all the departments outwards in terms of any materials, consumables, products etc. are to be routed through him.

Responsible for the performance in terms of achieving complete customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate delivery of medication.

Taking care of all expiry products on the monthly basis so that it can be taken out form the inventory on the quarterly basis.

Observing and if required rejecting from the stock all the non-moving products.

Responsible for tracking current drugs.

Maintain stock register.

Issue & Return of Material against Patient indents from Stores

Issue & Return of Material against Departmental indents

Direct Issue of material to Patient

Issue of Narcotics drugs as per guideline of Prohibition & Excise Act.

Receiving the material at Receiving Bay & Processing of invoices after verifying the products as per the invoice in terms of quantity, rate, amount, expiry if any matching with purchase order.





Responsible for the all-valid bills, challan, GRN to be prepared.

Responsible for proper receipts of materials as per the terms & conditions of the orders placed.

Stock transfer into the HMIS software on the base of the prepared GRN, for respective departments.

Receipt of consignment goods & Processing their Invoices on Consumption

Physical Stock Verification

Sale & return of material in IP/ OP Pharmacy

Checking expires of medicine before dispensing to patients

Taking care of all expiry products on the monthly basis so that it can be taken out from the inventory on the quarterly basis.

Manage the expiry products to be routed to the respective vender through outward gate pass and against that preparing the list of the expiry submitted to the respective party.

Against that as and when he receives the credit note on the expiry submitted to the vendor the acknowledges to the respective bills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
