- Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Officer to join our team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field, with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills. You will play a vital role in managing our company's public image, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicating our brand message.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal teams, bloggers, and media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company representatives.
- Create compelling content, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with digital campaigns.
- Organize and manage press conferences, product launches, webinars, and industry events.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online and offline reputation.




- Address negative publicity and crisis communication when required.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with the company’s vision and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in a PR or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in media relations and content writing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and terminologies is a plus.
- Creative thinker, proactive problem-solver, and team player with a high level of adaptability.
