Eligibility

✔ M.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching/clinical experience
✔ Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and clinical instruction
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
- Mentor students in academics, clinical practice, and research
- Contribute to workshops, institutional activities, and academic development

Skills Required

- Robust nursing knowledge and teaching aptitude
- Effective communication and classroom management
- Student mentoring and coordination skills
- Proficiency in digital teaching and documentation tools
