Qualification: B.E. (Civil / Mechanical)

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Role and Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible to work with Project Leaders and Delivery Teams, to ensure appropriate control related to Project Management & Project Quality
- Candidate should ensure valuable Project Management by availability of:
- WBS in MS Project during the Proposal Stage
- Resource Allocation in MS Project
- Resource Utilization
- Weekly Project Progress Monitoring (planned vs. actual) for all Projects
- Scheduling & Tracking in MS Project
- Timely tracking related to Project Delivery, while raising timely alarms
- Monitoring Corrective Actions as defined by the Project Leaders

- Candidate should ensure good Project Quality (i.e. Completion of Project within Estimated Hours, Adhering to Schedules, and Delivering Engineering Quality) by thorough :

- Project Initiations & Planning
- Appropriate Resource Allocations
- Identifying Project Risks & Monitoring Mitigation Plans
- Monitoring the defined Project Execution Processes and checking for Process Adherence
- Conducting Project Quality Audits
- Preparing Project Health Dashboards (with Project Health Status, Project Progress, Current & Projected Effort Variance,



Brief Project Status, etc.)
- Tracking of Project Issues (Critical Errors, Complaints, Customer Dissatisfactions, Escalations, etc.)
- Identifying Root Causes (for Issues, Effort Variance, & Schedule Delays)
- Corrective Actions - Planning & Tracking
- Conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions on Lessons Learnt & ensuring that issues don’t reoccur
- Preparing & Analyzing Project Performance Matrix during Project Closure
- Conducting Monthly Review Meetings with Heads and Project Teams, etc.

- Candidate will be required to Design & Conduct Customized Training / Implementation Programs related to MS Project, with a aim to enhance the Project Management Culture at Neilsoft
- Candidate should have good Planning, Auditing, Reporting, Communication (Verbal & Written), Presentation, Training, Negotiation, and Convincing Skills
- Candidate must be open & willing to do all it takes to ensure good Project Management & Project Quality at Neilsoft
