Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Vendor Development Executive to identify, onboard, and manage transport vendors/fleet owners across assigned regions. The role involves expanding the vendor network, maintaining robust relationships, ensuring vendor compliance, and supporting business growth through effective vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new transport vendors and fleet owners as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing vendors.
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing vendors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with vendors.
- Verify vendor documents, KYC, vehicle documents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth vendor deployment and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality standards are maintained.




- Maintain an updated vendor database and MIS reports.
- Assist vendors in onboarding through the company portal/app and provide necessary training.
- Resolve vendor grievances and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment-related queries and documentation.
- Achieve monthly vendor onboarding and activation targets.
- Ensure vendor retention through continuous engagement and relationship management.
- Travel within assigned territories for vendor acquisition and operational support.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Vendor Development, Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,855.33 - ₹40,000.00 per month
