About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, hotel billing and statutory compliance. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth departmental functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally or similar accounting software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills and guest billing
- Maintain accurate records of cash, bank, and general ledger transactions
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, P&L; Accounts and Balance Sheets
- Support GST filing, TDS calculations and other statutory compliances
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor outstanding payments




- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining staff financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for audits and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports
- Ensure financial accuracy, timely entries and compliance with company policies

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and basic financial principles
- Understanding of GST, TDS and statutory requirements
- Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
