Job Summary

Flomic Global Logistics is looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales / Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective customers, promoting our freight forwarding services, and supporting the sales team in business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to build strong business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
- Update customer information in the CRM/database.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
