Countrywide Visas is a leading immigration and visa consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their global aspirations. We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous testing and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and campaign creatives in coordination with the design team.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Track conversions and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and recommend strategies for scaling.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising policies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1–3 years in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Lead Generation).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications will be an added advantage.
