The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospects, converting enquiries into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, referrals, and digital leads. - Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales. - Explain Greenhouse, Polyhouse, Shade Net House, and Irrigation solutions to customers. - Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support. - Update all customer interactions in the CRM on a daily basis. - Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.



- Submit daily sales activity reports to the reporting manager. - Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email). - Willingness to travel when required. - Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
