Dispatch Tracking & Tracing Executive:
The Dispatch Tracking & Tracing Executive is responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating dispatch activities, tracking deliveries, updating shipment status, and ensuring timely communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor dispatched shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status, delivery updates, and proof of delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and customers for delivery schedules.
- Follow up on delayed, missing, or pending shipments and resolve issues promptly.
- Update tracking systems and prepare daily dispatch reports.
- Communicate delivery status and estimated arrival times to concerned parties.
- Verify dispatch documents such as invoices,
delivery challans, and shipment details.
- Escalate delivery issues, route problems, or customer complaints to the appropriate team.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for all tracking and tracing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
