Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of building AI-powered B2C products. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, strategy, and execution for our assisted AI career services. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with AI/tech teams, career experts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision for AI-assisted career solutions; define and prioritize the roadmap to balance user value, scalability, and expert efficiency.
- AI Feature Design: Collaborate with AI and tech teams to conceptualize, implement, and refine features that assist human experts and enhance user outcomes.
- User-Centric Design: Map end-to-end user and expert journeys to ensure seamless, high-impact experiences in an assisted service model.
- Analytics & Metrics: Define KPIs to measure user engagement, expert efficiency, AI performance, and overall product impact.




- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and AI teams to align product development with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, iterate on AI models, and optimize workflows to scale services without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of product management experience in B2C platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products or features.
- Strong experience in assisted or human-in-the-loop services is a plus.
- Technical academic background (Engineering, CS, Data Science, or related) is preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize features, balance short-term and long-term goals, and execute roadmaps end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable defining metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Notion, etc.) and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

- Experience with career tech platforms, resume optimization, or professional networking products.
- Exposure to natural language generation (NLG), recommender systems, or predictive analytics in consumer applications.
- Understanding of workflow efficiency and scaling human-in-the-loop services.
