Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team in Gurgaon. This is a field sales role where you will interact with potential buyers, conduct site visits, and help clients find the right property. Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field visits.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.




- Freshers are welcome; candidates with Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
- Must possess good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory), as this is a field sales role.

What We Offer

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
