Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field activities related to fiber/telecom network installation and maintenance
- Support in laying, splicing, and testing of OFC (Optical Fiber Cable)
- Coordinate with field technicians and vendors for timely project execution
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct site visits and report progress to the senior supervisor/manager
- Assist in troubleshooting network issues and ensuring minimal downtime
- Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all work sites
- Handle basic client/customer coordination at the site
