Project Manager
Job Scope/Description

· Sale of Engineering Products.

· Supervise a team of project engineers.

· Supervise the Project Team in handling all the projects.

· Monitor and Improve Project Performance in all regions.

· Customer service

Responsibilities

· Sale of Engineering Products to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Industries

· Handling of all projects end to end starting from quotation stage to delivery of goods.

· Schedule appointments with customers to review product needs and explore other opportunities.

· Develop new customers to explore new business opportunities.

· Register our company with the end users & contractors to generate more enquiries.

· Update customers on the status of services, pricing and new product release launches.

· Keep updated about new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending training and department meetings.

· Respond to quality problems & provide technical and commercial support for sales maximization.

· Work closely with clients, suppliers and Management team for commercial negotiation, technical discussion, etc..

· Project document preparation, submission to customer and maintaining it.

· Follow up with supplier, customer and management for timely payments to each party.





· Maintain ISO Records.

· Handle adhoc jobs assigned by the management

· Travelling is required within India

Qualification

· B.E (Mechanical or Instrumentation or Mechatronics) with 10 yrs experience in either Oil & Gas, Marine, Power Plant, Chemical or Petrochemical industries.

· Extensive experience in management of team of professionals.

· Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.

· Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Looking for an Integrated, Responsible and Self-motivated individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
