Factory Supervisor – Job Description

We are a manufacturing company of Bike Seat Covers, Rain Covers, Leather Bags, and other two-wheeler accessories.

Position: Factory Supervisor
Salary: As per Trial (PF & ESIC deduction will be applicable as per company rules.)

Role & Responsibilities
* Factory ke daily production ko monitor aur manage karna.
* Labor aur karigars ko properly handle karna aur unse timely work complete karwana.
* Production target ko quality ke saath achieve karna.
* Daily attendance, production report aur Excel data maintain karna.
* Good knowledge of *MS Excel* (basic formulas, reports, and data entry) is required.
* Team ke saath achhi communication rakhna aur discipline maintain karna.
* Machine operators aur workers ke work ko supervise karna.
* Quality issues identify karke unka solution nikalna.
* Factory cleanliness aur safety rules follow karwana.
* Management ko daily production aur work status report dena.





Requirements
* Good communication skills.
* Valuable MS Excel knowledge.
* Labor & Karigar management experience.
* Leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
* Manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Note: You will be on a trial period for at least 2–3 days. Once your trial is successfully completed and you are finally shortlisted, you will be paid from Day 1. However, if you are not shortlisted after the trial, the company will not pay any salary or compensation for the trial period.
