We're seeking a Network Support Engineer to manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues

Monitor network performance and resolve bottlenecks/outages proactively

Implement network security policies (ACLs, firewall rules)

Manage IP addressing, VLANs, and network documentation

Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on circuit issues

Support network upgrades, migrations, and new site rollouts

Maintain backups of network device configurations

Requirements

3+ years of experience in network administration/support

Hands-on experience with Cisco/Fortinet devices

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP basics)

Experience with network monitoring tools(Greenbon,)

CCNA Preferred (CCNP a plus)

Solid troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
