Meta Ads Performance Marketing Executive – Real Estate Company

About the Role

VGM Enterprises is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Performance Marketing Executive to generate high-quality real estate leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

This is a performance-focused role where success will be measured by lead quality, site visit generation, and overall return on ad spend.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Management

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for residential plot projects
- Create and optimize Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns
- Build and manage retargeting campaigns
- Conduct audience research and targeting
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize accordingly

Performance Optimization

- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS

Tracking & Analytics

- Configure and manage Meta Pixel
- Set up Conversion API (CAPI)
- Monitor campaign data using Meta Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization





Creative Coordination

- Create or coordinate ad creatives for campaigns
- Design basic posters and lead generation creatives
- Write compelling ad copy and headlines
- Suggest new creative concepts based on campaign performance

Content & Video Creation

- Shoot customer testimonial videos
- Capture project site videos and updates
- Create short-form video content for Meta Ads
- Assist in developing high-converting video advertisements
