Why Now & Role Overview
As our experiential and technology-integrated portfolio continues to scale, we are seeking a Senior Estimator to take end-to-end ownership of project costing—from early concept through closure.
This role is central to:

The Senior Estimator will act as a commercial anchor, translating creative ambition into realistic, defensible, execution-ready costs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs covering civil works, interior fit-outs, custom fabrication, furniture, finishes, MEP interfaces, AV, technology integration, signage, and experiential elements
- Develop estimates across concept, design development, and GFC stages with accuracy and transparency
- Collaborate closely with design, experiential, and technology teams to fully understand scope and intent
- Identify scope gaps, ambiguities, risks,
and cost drivers early in the estimation process
- Translate creative ideas into buildable and commercially sound cost structures
- Propose value-engineering options that optimise cost without compromising experience quality or performance
- Suggest alternative materials, systems, and execution methodologies where appropriate
- Support leadership during client negotiations, pricing discussions, and scope rationalisation
- Maintain and update rate databases for materials, labour, fabrication, AV, technology, and specialist vendors
- Coordinate with procurement teams for vendor quotations, benchmarking, and market validation
- Track market trends, price fluctuations, lead times, and availability risks
- Support pre-bid discussions, client clarifications, and contract finalisation
- Clearly document assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and commercial risks
- Assist with variation costing, change orders, and post-contract commercial controls
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in estimation and costing for interior fit-outs, design-build, and experiential or commercial interior projects
- Experience handling projects valued at ₹1 Cr and above is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Strong hands-on capability in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost benchmarking, and value engineering
- Proficient in Excel, estimation tools, and detailed drawing interpretation (architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings
