Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Vimala Hospital, Kanjoor

Vimala Hospital is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.

Qualifications

- MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or MBA (Preferred)
- Any Degree with relevant hospital experience may also apply.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or Patient Relations Officer in a hospital (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient relations and resolve patient queries and grievances.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services and procedures.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback and report improvement areas.
- Support hospital branding, health camps,



and community outreach activities.
- Maintain professional communication with patients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patient-focused approach with a professional attitude.
