Job description:
Handling inbound calls.
Helping the customers with the issues they have.
Handling the team in the absence of the team manager.
Maintaining CSAT & AHT.
Training the average & bottom performers of the team.
Training the nesting batches / current joinees in the team.
Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹93,000.00 per month
