Architect / Project Coordinator
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Qualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, coordinating effectively between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate project management activities and ensure smooth execution of architectural and construction drawings.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with consultants from various disciplines such as Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural Engineering.
- Facilitate coordination among different consultants involved in residential building projects and ensure timely delivery of drawings and approvals.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Address project-related concerns and client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support and guide junior team members while assisting in overall team coordination.
- Maintain accurate project records,



including drawings, specifications, revisions, and change orders.
- Handle vendor identification, vendor finalization, and rate negotiations for various finishing and construction materials.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while adhering to quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction coordination.
- Experience in coordinating residential building projects from inception to completion.
- Must have successfully completed at least one project from start to finish.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Solid command of AutoCAD (practical speed and proficiency test will be conducted).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional email correspondence.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and consultants simultaneously.
