Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial services, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS / Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with finance modules of tools such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or Zoho Books.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
