Responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced IT/ITES workplace, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, audit readiness, and a seamless employee experience across onboarding, employee management, performance cycles, and separation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, promotions, employee changes, and separations.
- Oversee pre-onboarding activities including documentation, HRMS data creation, offer documentation coordination, and employee communication.
- Coordinate onboarding readiness with IT, Admin, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure timely system access, email creation, asset allocation, and induction readiness.
- Ensure timely employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and de-provisioning in coordination with IT and business/project teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, employee files, and compliance documentation with audit readiness for all the client projects.
- Administer attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and exception management in line with policy requirements.
- Support payroll processing through accurate monthly inputs including joiners, exits, attendance, leave adjustments, and employee master updates.
- Manage background verification coordination, discrepancy closures, documentation follow-up, and audit compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements,
internal policies, and audit controls.
- Support employee benefits administration including insurance enrollment, employee communication, and query resolution.
- Drive performance management administration including appraisal communication, tracker management, completion governance, and documentation.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, operational trackers, SLA metrics, and compliance reports for leadership review.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, IT, Admin, and business teams for seamless process execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support HR automation / digitization initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors for background verification, insurance, and HR operational support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and employee data privacy standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably in IT / ITES organizations
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and HR process workflows.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
