Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the education/training industry. The selected candidate will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges, promoting our programs, signing MoUs, and expanding our academic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions across Bengaluru and nearby districts.
- Meet Principals, Directors, HODs, Placement Officers, and Management to present L&L; AI Solutions' training and placement programs.
- Develop institutional partnerships and execute MoUs.
- Promote semester-wise training programs and academic credit transfer opportunities through industry-recognized certification courses.
- Promote programs aligned with NASSCOM Sector Skill Council.
- Organize free workshops, seminars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and placement training initiatives.
- Generate new college partnerships and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and submit weekly activity reports.




- Coordinate with the Hyderabad Head Office for planning and execution.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any equivalent discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Educational Marketing, EdTech, College Relations, Academic Partnerships, or Training Institutes.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.

Requirements

- Candidates residing in Bengaluru will be preferred.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively to colleges across Bengaluru and nearby regions.
- Petrol expenses for official travel will be reimbursed by the company.
- Candidates with an electric bike will be given preference.

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and previous salary).
