About the Role

Sun Chem India is looking for a Senior Production Planning Specialist to lead end-to-end production planning and order execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Business Development, Purchase, Production, QA, QC, Packaging, Factory, and Dispatch teams to achieve timely production and on-time deliveries while optimizing planning efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee production plans based on client POs, capacity, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, QC, Packaging, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability to prevent production delays.
- Track production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely execution of orders from PO receipt through production to final dispatch.
- Prepare and review production planning reports, order status, and delivery schedules for management.
- Drive continuous improvement in production planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain,



Operations, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Production Planning, PPC, Supply Chain, or Order Fulfilment.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
