Experience : At least 1 year

Pay scale

First 3 months[ Observation Period ]
Rs.5,000/- P.M (In Palakkad) and Rs.7,500/- P.M (In Chennai)
Next 9 months[ Probation Period ]
An Increase of 0 – 30% from the above and travelling Allowance will be added to this. Next one year
An Increase of 0 – 30% from the above.

Growth Prospects (Within the organization)

Will be eligible for promotion as Manager - Finance after two year subject to interview by the board of directors and satisfaction of eligibility condition for the post of Manger - Technical.

Outside Opportunities

After two years, based on experience gained obtaining a job with the average pay scale of Rs.30,000/- in cities and Rs.20,000/- in places other cities are possible.
