JOB DESCRIPTION

Work Mode: Remote

* 12-14 yrs of experience in accounting functions

* Large company ($50M - $200M revenue) Finance and Accounting experience and/or growth company lead Finance role

* Presentation development and delivery

* Strong technology skills (Excel, financial systems, etc.)

* Strong technical skills (GAAP, Financials etc)

* Managing a remote team

* Experience working with accounting functions

* Knowledge of Budget and forecast, relevant KPI

* Experience working with global teams

* Trusted advisor to executive team regarding business decisions

* Consulting experience

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Sound client communication and influencing skills

* Effectively lead multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines

* Strong problem solver





* Intellectual horsepower

* Thrives on ambiguity and enjoys the challenges of a growth/fast-paced environment

Experience:

* 10-15 years of experience in accounting functions

Educational Qualifications:

* CA

Shift timings: 1:30pm to 10:30pm & 2:30pm to 11:30pm

Education

Minimum: Master's Degree

Preferred: CA

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
