Experience Required: 6–10 years (Dealer Onboarding & Hospital Pharma Sales)

Role Overview

This position involves promoting pharmaceutical products across multiple therapy areas, onboarding dealers/distributors, and executing customized go‑to‑market strategies. The Sales Manager will drive hospital business through strong customer relationships and negotiations with purchase managers to optimize margins.

Key Responsibilities

- Hospital Pharma Promotion: Promote products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies; build robust connects with purchase managers.
- Dealer & Distributor Onboarding: Manage key accounts and generate hospital business.
- Negotiation: Handle pricing, payment terms, and margins with hospital purchase managers.
- Product Detailing: Conduct presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Market Monitoring:



Track competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
- Target Achievement: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in hospital pharma sales (therapy areas: Ophthal, Human Albumin/IVIG, Vaccines, IVF/Hormones, Nephrology, Cardiac).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
