Job Description – Machine Operator (Buffer Filling + Assembly + Primary Packing – ISO 7)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Overview

Responsible for operating filling, assembly, and primary packaging machines in an ISO 7 cleanroom within a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring SOP, GMP, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate filling, assembly, and packaging machines as per SOP

· Ensure correct machine settings and changeovers

· Monitor process parameters during production

· Perform in-process quality checks

· Maintain batch records (BMR/DHR entries)

· Follow ISO 7 cleanroom and hygiene protocols

· Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance

Key Skills

· Experience in machine operation in pharma/medical device manufacturing

· Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom practices (ISO 7)

· Understanding of process control and quality checks

· Ability to follow SOPs and documentation discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
