- Handle daily transactional tasks, including data tracking, updates, and coordination.
- Assist in vendor engagement by connecting with partners to share requirements and
collect candidate profiles.
- Perform follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely profile submissions.
- Support resource augmentation activities, aligning profiles based on client
requirements.
- Maintain records of candidate submissions, vendor interactions, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and onboarding.
- Provide basic sales support, including coordination and reporting.
- Ensure timely communication and task completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT staffing / coordination / sales support /
operations.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Awareness of resource augmentation or staffing processes.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic sales understanding and stakeholder coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
