Job Summary

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated Articulate 360 Developer with 6 months – 1 year of experience, including hands-on experience in Articulate Rise 360, to support the design and development of digital learning content. The role involves working with tools in the Articulate 360 suite—especially Storyline and Rise 360—to create engaging, interactive, and responsive eLearning modules that meet learning objectives and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Create responsive courses in Rise 360, including lesson blocks, knowledge checks, interactive elements, and course navigation.
- Translate scripts or storyboards into interactive learning experiences.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as voiceovers, images, videos, animations, and interactive blocks.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and testing to ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and compatibility with various LMS platforms.
- Troubleshoot functionality and user experience issues in published content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts.
- Support version control, revisions,



and updates of learning assets.
- Optimize courses for mobile responsiveness and accessibility using Rise 360.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6 months – 1 year of experience working with Articulate 360 tools, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
- Hands-on experience building responsive courses in Articulate Rise 360.
- Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS publishing requirements.
- Ability to interpret learning objectives and convert them into interactive digital learning experiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Exposure to instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Experience creating interactive assessments and knowledge checks in Rise 360.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles in eLearning design.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
